City Challenge Project

The EHVC group’s literacy topic this term has been based on a City Challenge Project run by Salisbury Chamber of Commerce. We have been looking at what is great about Salisbury and what things people would like to see improved in Salisbury. We have been out into the community with our own questionnaires to gather the views of local people, including a friendly policeman!

As part of this we have been invited to show our work and attend a presentation at the Stone’s Hotel, Amesbury Road this Saturday 24th March from 11-00 to 1.30. John Glenn will be part of the judging group and there will be careers stalls, including Salisbury hospital and Boeing, as well as a free buffet lunch, after which certificates will be given out.
